1. Order Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Shipping Options & Costs

​

Currently we only offer the following shipping option for the UK:

 

Standard Delivery

• Delivery Time: 2-5 working days

• Cost: £5.99 (Free on orders over £100)

 

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

3. Additional Delivery Information

​

• Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us, as couriers may experience occasional delays.

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your parcel
